What Data We Collect
Your name and email address when you register
Your football profile details — position, age group, jersey number
Match statistics you log manually through the app
Academy or club details if you register as a coach
Match footage you optionally upload for AI verification (Pro plan)
How We Use Your Data
To provide your player profile and match history
To generate performance reports and trend analysis
To allow coaches and academies to view affiliated player data with your consent
To improve our AI verification models using anonymised footage data
We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.
Who Can See Your Data
Only you can see your match stats by default
Coaches can only see your data after you affiliate with their academy and they approve the request
Your public profile page (if enabled) shows only what you choose to share
Data Storage
All data is stored securely using Supabase, which runs on AWS infrastructure. Data is stored in the closest available region to Pakistan. We use Row Level Security to ensure no user can access another user's private data.
Minors
Players under 16 years of age require parental or guardian consent before creating an account. By registering, you confirm you are 16 or older, or that a parent or guardian has consented on your behalf.
Your Rights
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings
You can request a full export of your data by emailing privacy@trackform.pk
You can withdraw from any academy affiliation at any time
Cookies
We use only essential session cookies required to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Changes
We will notify registered users by email if we make significant changes to this policy.
