By creating a TrackForm account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users — players, coaches, and academy administrators.
What TrackForm Is
TrackForm is a football performance tracking platform currently in beta. Features may change, be added, or be removed during this period. We will communicate significant changes by email.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must provide accurate information when registering
One person per account — you may not share accounts
You must be 16 or older, or have parental consent
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms
Your Data
Match statistics you log belong to you
By uploading match footage, you grant TrackForm a limited licence to process it for AI verification purposes only
You must only upload footage in which you have the right to do so
Do not upload footage containing minors without appropriate consent
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the platform to submit false statistics intentionally
Do not attempt to access other users' data
Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Do not attempt to reverse engineer or copy the platform
Beta Period
TrackForm is currently in beta. This means:
The platform is provided as-is with no guaranteed uptime
Features are subject to change without notice
Data loss is unlikely but possible during this period — we recommend noting key stats elsewhere
Pricing shown is indicative and may change before full launch
Payments
Paid features are not yet active. When payments launch, pricing and refund terms will be clearly communicated before any charge is made.
Limitation of Liability
TrackForm is not liable for any decisions made by scouts, coaches, or academies based on data in the platform. Statistics are self-reported unless marked as AI-verified. We do not guarantee any outcomes from using the platform.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.
